Jammu: These days, devotees from across the country are thronging the sacred shrine of Maa Vaishno Devi, a timeless symbol of devotion and faith. The pilgrimage is running smoothly, with no disruptions due to weather, security, or logistical issues. Every day, thousands of pilgrims are offering prayers at the holy feet of the Goddess without any hindrance.

Tight security, support at every step

At present, the security system is stronger than ever. Under the joint supervision of the Shrine Board and the local administration, the entire route is being monitored with CCTV and real-time control. Medical aid centers, water stalls, and resting places have been set up every two kilometers.

New system with digital registration and 'Aarti Pass'

Now devotees can register themselves on the online portal or on the touchscreen booth of Katra. Along with this, the facility of reserving a seat for the divine aarti of the mother is also available online. With this new system, the Shrine Board has not only controlled the crowd but has also made the experience of aarti even more comfortable and divine.

These services are making the journey full of facilities

For the convenience of the pilgrims, helicopter, ropeway (cable car), battery vehicle, horses, palanquin, and pittu services are continuously being provided. Special support teams are deployed for the elderly and handicapped pilgrims who guide and assist them at every turn.

The concern arising from 'Operation Sindoor' is now a thing of the past

There was some concern among the devotees about 'Operation Sindoor,' which was in the news recently, but the administration has made it clear that this operation has been postponed, and at present the Vaishno Devi Yatra is completely safe. Pilgrims need to be neither afraid nor confused.

The increasing number of devotees became a ray of hope

While 10,400 devotees reached the court of Maa on 19 May, by 3 pm on 20 May, 7,300 devotees had left for the Bhawan. The hustle and bustle are also returning to the markets of Katra, and the local traders are hopeful that the number of devotees will increase further in the coming days.

Faith is returning to the lap of Maa Vaishno

The way the confluence of security, convenience, and devotion is seen in this yatra, it is not only a proof of faith but also a symbol of the commitment of the administration. Every devotee coming to the court of Maa Vaishno Devi is not only getting a divine experience but is also experiencing an organized, safe, and emotionally satisfying journey.
